A client may be eligible for a refund where Averon Digital LLC materially fails to deliver Services described in the applicable Service Plan or signed agreement, provided the client has fulfilled all required obligations and supplied all requested information within the agreed timeframe.

Circumstances Generally Not Eligible for Refunds

• The client fails to provide required business, personal, account, store, project, access, content, approval, or documentation after work has commenced.
• An account, store, advertising profile, payment account, or marketplace profile is suspended or restricted because of the client’s prior activity, policy violations, business conduct, or third-party platform decisions.
• The client delays or fails to respond to requests for approvals, purchase orders, access, content, or project decisions.
• The client purchases a discounted, promotional, clearance, custom, or otherwise non-refundable package where that condition was disclosed before purchase.
• Work already completed, approved, delivered, used, published, or transferred to the client.

Refund Processing

Approved refund requests are generally processed within 30 business days after written approval. Processing time may vary depending on the original payment method, financial institution, and applicable Service Agreement.

10. Delivery Policy

Averon Digital LLC aims to deliver Services according to the estimated milestones and timelines stated in the applicable proposal, Service Plan, invoice, or Service Agreement.

Delivery timelines depend on timely client communication, approvals, access, content, documentation, payments, and third-party platform availability.

Expedited delivery may be available for an additional fee, subject to team availability and written confirmation.

11. Revision Policy

Revision rights, limits, and turnaround times are determined by the package, proposal, or Service Agreement purchased by the client.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, revision requests must remain within the original approved scope. Requests that introduce new pages, features, concepts, deliverables, integrations, or material scope changes may require additional fees and timeline adjustments.

Where unlimited revisions are expressly included, they apply only to reasonable revisions within the original scope and during the active project period. Typical revision turnaround is approximately 48 business hours, depending on complexity and workload.
